He was born on June 20th 1977 in Novi Sad, where he finished ‘Jovan Popović’ Primary School, as well as ‘Isidora Sekulić’ Grammar School. He graduated from the Novi Sad University Law School in 2002. Following his graduation, he worked as a lawyer trainee, after which he was admitted to the bar, and has been practicing law at his own law office since 2005.

In 2012, he was elected Member of the City Council in charge for Administration and Regulations, where he served two full terms until September 21st, 2020, when he was elected Deputy Mayor of the City of Novi Sad.

He also served as a member of the City Electoral Commission, as a member of the Provincial Electoral Commission, and as a member of the Republic Electoral Commission Working Group. Since 2012, he was a member of the Novi Sad Socio-Economic Council as the representative of the City of Novi Sad.

He was also a member of the Vojvodina Football Club Steering Board, a member and vice-president of the Vojvodina Football Club Assembly, member of DES Novi Sad Company Assembly, Assembly President and representative of the City’s capital at the Novi Sad Fair JSC, president of the Almaški Quarter Development Working Group.

He is a great fan of football, nature and of outdoor activities, spending his free time in nature, in the company of friends and family.

He speaks English.

He is married to Mirjana Đurić, who is also a lawyer.
