Construction of traffic areas with associated infrastructure in part of the North 1 Work Zone in Novi Sad

The aim of the project is to equip part of the North 1 Industrial Zone with the missing infrastructure, as well as to reconstruct existing traffic areas.

The investment includes:

construction of traffic areas (approx. 800 m) with associated infrastructure along part of Mileva Simić Street (from Josif Pančić Street to Profesora Grčića Street)
construction of 742 m of stormwater drainage (along with road reconstruction) in part of Josif Pančić Street
construction of a 2,370 m water supply network along Europe Boulevard
construction of 141 m of sanitary sewer from Josif Pančić Street to Europe Boulevard, including a wastewater pumping station at the extension of Miroslav Prodanović Micko Street
installation of public lighting over a length of approximately 950 m

The total investment value amounts to 367,308,862.08 dinars (including VAT).

The contractor has been mobilised, and works are progressing in line with the agreed contractual obligations.
