INTERACTIVE WEB TOOLS IN THE REALIZATION OF THE TRIBUTE PROJECT

At the end of the second project period, the TRIBUTE consortium completed several activities with the already successful adoption of the TRIBUTE knowledge platform as a key tool for the overall implementation of the project. Due to the obvious limitations and impossibility of personal encounters imposed by the pandemic, TRIBUTE essentially required a dynamic and interactive web tool to conduct and enhance exchanges among its partners. This was achieved through the EUSAIR Stakeholder Platform (ESP), managed by the Marche Region, Interreg ADRION project partner from Italy, EUSAIR Facility Point.

ESP was adopted as a TRIBUTE knowledge platform and has been used for now to organize online partner meetings. In the future, it will be used to share the results of pilot measures and exchange best practices of TRIBUTE living labs participants. The platform will offer both functional and technical benefits for interaction between participants as well as for information exchange. This type of bilateral partnership between EUSAIR Facility Point and TRIBUTE represents additional value for the Interreg ADRION Program, and is achieved through the interpenetration of two Interreg projects.

When it comes to the core activities of the project, most TRIBUTE partners have launched their Living Labs. So far, Novi Sad has successfully organized six living lab meetings. The City of Milan held an initial meeting with the mobility exchange providers. The cities of Ljubljana and Maribor have scheduled their initial meetings for December, while other project partners (Zagreb, Sarajevo and Patras) will launch their living lab activities in early 2022.

The methodology for the TRIBUTE Action Plan will be finalized in the coming weeks, including a common framework for the implementation of several pilot measures, which is in line with the project recognized by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP), SUMP (Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan) and others. urban mobility projects. The effect of the living lab approach will be evaluated on the basis of its applicability in other urban mobility projects.
