Mr Igor Crnobarac was born in Novi Sad on March 7th in 1990. He graduated from "Petefi Šandor" Elementary School and "Svetozar Marković" Grammar School in Novi Sad. In 2015, he graduated at the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad, majoring in Civil Engineering - hydrotechnical module.

He gained his first work experience as a construction engineer intern in PC "City Construction and Development” during 2015 and 2016. Since 2017, he has been employed as an advisor for administrative affairs in the field of water management in the Provincial Secretariat for Agriculture, Water Management and Forestry, at the Provincial Government of Autonomous Province of Vojvodina. He also participated in the implementation of several IPA cross-border cooperation projects with Hungary and the Republic of Croatia.

As a member of the youth of the Serbian Progressive Party, he attended numerous seminars, professional trainings and practices, the most important of which are two-semester educational programs "PolitiKAS" organized by the Belgrade Open School and the Konrad Adenauer Foundation (generation 2015/2016), the Academy of Young Leaders, organized by the Foundation for the Serbian People and the State (generation 2019/2020) and the Political Academy of the "Svetozar Miletić" Foundation (generation 2020/2021).

In 2017, he was elected president of the "Narodni heroji" Local Community Council in Novi Sad, which also represents his first political position, which he will hold until the end of his mandate. After the local elections in Novi Sad in 2020, he was elected as a councillor in the Assembly of the City of Novi Sad. He became the Deputy President of the councilor group "Aleksandar Vučić - For our children", the president of the Council for Utility Affairs and the deputy president of the Commission for Intercity Cooperation in the Country and Abroad. In the 2020 Parliamentary Elections, he was a candidate of the Serbian Progressive Party for an MP. He is a member of the Main Board of the Serbian Progressive Party.

In addition to his native Serbian language, he is fluent in English (he passed the Cambridge English Proficiency (CPE) course) and has fair knowledge of German and Hungarian.

He has two sons Relja and Uroš with his wife Dragana.
