The request is filed with the City Managment for Urbanism and Residential Affairs by way of the writing office – „Radnička“ street no# 2.
Along with the application it is necessary to enclose:
- A copy of the plan of the proposed lot;
- Proof of tax payment.
The file is forwarded to the Public Service „Urbanizam“, Beureu for Urbanism Novi Sad, for the drawing up of the information about the location. Information about the location is issued by the City Managment for Urbanism and Residential Affairs in a period no longer than 8 days from an orderly filled application and upon reciving of necessary information about the location from the PS „Urbanizam“. The information about the location, especially contains information about the possibilities and limitations of construction on a land registry lot based on the plan documentation.
